    Bought this in May of 23 they day after the warranty expired the tv started malfunctioning. The remote does not turn on the tv. Tried the sony remote and the universal remote,,,nothing.My TV repairman was baffled. Luckily I have a warranty on my AMX card. Going to buy a different brand

    Great while it lasted. Picture was superb! But after 4 months got the dreaded blue line right down the middle. This is way too expensive of a TV for it that to happen already.

    Highly disappointed with my purchase. I have owned nothing but Sony since 1977 but this experience has been a real letdown! The picture is way too dark even after setting it as bright as Possible. I actually returned it 5 days later!

    This purchase has been a nightmare. Google TV is terrible- very difficult set up- had to be online for over 2 hours with support. Copy quality is grainy and worse than my 12 year old Sony Bravia. Still have not been able to download Apple TV. Would not recommend this Sony

We can perform a power reset to isolate this issue by unplugging the TV power cord from the wall outlet, wait two minutes, then plug the power cord back in. You can also check if the menu screen still appears grainy. Make sure to install the latest TV software to improve its performance and resolve any possible software-related issues: https://www.sony.com/electronics/support/articles/00028577.     I was super excited about this television. Unfortunately my unit was defective. When turning on and off it made a very loud popping noise. It also made humming sounds with on.

    Incredible Detailed Picture, Bright wi Great Sound

    I wanted to add a TV to my office and having a Samsung Q series in my living room and LG in the bedroom thought I would check those out as both are excellent. My wife had strolled over to the tv viewing room and called me over to see this Sony BRAVIA. It looked like we were there on the mountains, cityscape, park etc. the picture was the best I had ever seen. The associate turned up the sound went through all the different choices, excellent sound from the tv. I decided to purchase this one and take it home, try it out. Once we got it home I was able to use my desk top swivel mount so now can easily swing to my viewing angle as needed. I have connected my Sony Playstation, Xbox and Switch. They all look great with amazing details on the Playstation and Xbox. In different games just looking at detail on walls, trees, sky, water that I had never seen before on my Q series qled. Ive bought many a tv and they are almost all on demo mode at the store to show off what they can do. However, the same experience is usually lacking once home. However, this Sony BRAVIA is amazing with 4k viewing just like at the store, games that are beautiful and run silky smooth, excellent sound without the need for a soundbar. Now my wife wants to replace our Q series with the BRAVIA XR in an 83 inch...uh oh...Excellent TV Best Picture I have seen with brightness that equal my Q series qled. Recommended.

    I had a Bravia that lasted 12 years, best tv I ever owned it finally gave out,i bought a less expensive Bravia,i didn’t care for it and it only lasted 4 years, now we invested in a better Bravia again, enter the Sony 48” class Bravia sr a90k oiled 4k uhd tv, we’re loving the quality picture and there are so many features, glad we went with this tv.

    Absolutely love this tv. Everything has worked perfectly fine so far and the picture and sound are amazing. It also works great for gaming with no noticeable input lag and the 4k 120hz mode on hdmi 3 and 4.
