II've always been a Sony fan. Only one complaint, only two HDMI ports. One port is almost useless due to its location in the rear. If you need to mount your set. Still a great tv though.

This is my second Sony TV purchase. Love the one I bought for my living room, so I bought another for the bedroom. The reason for buying this TV was the location of ports, ease of remote, clarity, and apps. Very pleased, again, with this Sony TV.

Price was good. Un-boxed and got ready to hang and noticed damage to screen. No damage to the box so it must have got shipped already damaged. Kudos to BB for making the return painless.

This was a warranty replacement. I originally purchased an LG TV. I had a choice of choosing another LG TV, Samsung or Sony replacement. I received my new TV in July 2016 and I'm satisfied.

This is a good tv for the most part. I have had this tv a little over 6 months now but it is starting to restart by its self and it is zoomed into much and can not zoom out anymore.

Bought this tv at christmas time. Was wanting for this tv price to go down. So far have no real problems I use it mostly for cable shows sometimes Netflix. This to me is a Best Buy !!!

I was reading the reviews of several manufacturers when I came across this one. The reviews were good so I took a chance and purchased it. Once I got home and turned it on and saw the amazing quality of the picture I new I had made the right choice.

TV working great. Easy setup. We're not using the "smart" capabilities. The sound is not nearly as good as our old Sony, so only 4 stars.

Pros: picture and sound seem good enough for my purposes. Cons: The smart TV system appears to be very closed and has limited app support. HBO GO is not available and for me this was nearly enough of an annoyance to return it. This was really puzzling to me since droid makes an OS system that will support everything. In other words, Sony literally had to spend more money, time, and effort to build their own and do it wrong.

Things I like about this tv. Slim and light. The design is very sleek, installation of the stand was super easy wall mount attachments are included just not the wall mount itself.

The staff at Best Buy was very informative. I love that they do not have sales goals because they do not push the sale but make sure their customer has all the information and gets exactly what they need. Wish other stores were like this.

We are a Sony fans and this one doesn't disappoint but programming was difficult for getting it to sync with our wireless network. But called Sony support and they stuck with me till we figured it out. Their support is Fantastic

The sales staff was great; we were replacing our old picture tube dinosaur and had no clue what to look for. I have a Sony digital camera so we started there. This is a great set and has exceeded our expectations.

Nice display, but it is lacking in the app department. It is not my main TV so I will keep it, but this TV is not too smart...

The customer service reps really liked the Sony over the Samsung. I regret buying this TV, should have gone with the Samsung for the ease of use with Netflix and the Internet. I always get connection issues and the interface does not allow web browsing if I want to find movies on other websites.

This TV had everything I was looking for at a great price point. The TV is ultra thin as is the bezel around the TV giving it an XBR appearance. Ample HDMI ports and a quality metal stand should you not mount this TV on the wall.

Bought this unit because I was continually having agrevating problems with my older HP unit and I had used Dell products for many years at my previous employeement and decided to go to something I was more familiar with .

Very nice looking TV and good value. I just wish it had come with all the cords we needed to hook it up rather than having to purchase things separately.

The Sony Smart TV i purchased has met all my expectations. It's a great TV at a great Best Buy price. The salesperson was very courteous and was a BIG help.
