I would not recommend this TV or any Sony Product to anyone. When I contacted Sony their customer service stunk and they stated that the warranty was up after a year there was little they were willing to do. Pick a different brand TV!

This one (same model) sometimes freezes too when turned on. It requires to be plugged off since there is no other way (TV light is on but picture is black and commands dont work including the On/Off buttons on the TV itself).

It has served its purpose but it wasnt the “luxuary” smart tv that we looked forward to. Pretty much we used an Apple TV while using this tv because the operating system on this television isn’t the smoothest. But it works so that’s good!

Sound lousy and remote freezes

It seems I need a sound bar to meet my minimum expectations for watching. Also, at times the remote control freezes, requires a restart by unplugging. Sad because I have an older Sony Bravia in my other home that is wonderful.
