There have been times when part of the screen doesn't appear to be getting a proper signal. It may be that it is from my antenna connection and not the TV, but since the problem disappears if I change the channel, it isn't clear to me.

Customer service with Sony and Geek Squad was subpar. Took nearly a month to get fixed and when they finally show we had no prior call from them.
