Activating Motion Control cut the picture brightness into half. If you don't like the "Soap Opera" effect then Motion Control won't be an issue. Problems with volume control and audio not functioning came in 5 days from the date of purchase. Had to return it and switch to a Samsung TV that met my needs and expectations.
