Was hoping for more

TV failed within a couple of hours of being turned

ok for 2nd television

Great TV

I looked at 50-55 inch sets and decided on this because it has almost no border around the screen. You only lose a small amount compared to the loss with the borders on all the others. But it cost a lot less and is a SONY.. It set up very easily on my table. I do not wall mount but the stand / mount will work on the wall too. It programmed very easily. And I have to say has an awesome picture..I have HD satellite and it is crystal clear. The colors are very vibrant, and that backlight option which I never had is a nice feature. Really shows the whole picture. You can really notice the people in say a restaurant scene that are just in the background of the scene. I have not and do not plan to connect to the internet so I can not comment on that. I have a computer and thats good for me. I dont bother streaming movies. The only thing I wish were better is the remote. It is smart and can control other devices but it is jam packed with buttons. In particular the middle of it has a button that is the enter button. Then it has two circular sets of buttons that are right on top of each other like a bulls eye around the enter button. It is hard to not hit both at once or just the wrong one. Other than that I think it's a very good TV at a decent price.

Probelem on second day!

The Comcast service technician came out and told me it was a problem with the t.v. He unplugged it and then plugged back in and it worked. He told me to call Best Buy if it happened again, so a few days later I had to call Best Buy. It will be 3 weeks before the Geek Squad can get here since they have to wait for a part to arrive.

Good open box deal!

Not so good connecting to network

Not a good tv to use over the air antenna

Does not wall mount well.

Good picture bad sound quality

Disappointed
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Within 19 days my TV had a red dot on the screen, the home screen apps have froze and I have had to turn of the TV and back on numerous times for it to work again. I called best buy and because I am not an Elite member I could not return the TV because the return policy is 14 days and I was on day 19. I am very disappointed at the time frame for returns, as well as how I was brushed off because I was not an Elite member. So now I am stuck with a $500 TV that has issues. I was also disappointed with the service I received when I bought the TV, when asking questions the associate could not answer my questions and googled it on his personal cell phone and did not give me the correct information. I also had to get the cart myself and have my young nephew load the 48" TV because the sales associate just walked away.
