Picture quality for this TV is unbelievable. Can't beat that price either. We've gotten so many compliments on how crisp everything on the screen looked. It also looks so much bigger than 49'. You'll love it.

Purchased this TV after ordering another tv, 49 inch Sony, that was delivered with a cracked screen. Sounds crazy but I am so glad that happened. The picture is beautiful, haven't had a chance to check out everything. The only slight issue seems to be with the sound. I'll have to play with the controls a little to see if I can make it better.

I purchased two Sony TVs and a Samsung at the same time. Sonys are working good. Samsung died. Samsung is a pain in the bu** getting service. I had to prove purchase date for warranty work. Samsung is a cluster at their service center. I recommend Sony TV over Samsung

This a great Tv with a quality picture that really pops in 4k. Sound is very good also. Easy screen setup, works great with FireTV. I love sports and the picture during hockey, football and baseball games is great - no motion blur. Would recommend!!

We put this u it in our master bedroom. We love it. The picture is crisp and clear and the colors are beautiful. It is very easy to operate.

I find the images crisp, color vivid, and overall money paid for the brand TV to be a good value. The only con I noticed was the motion rate 240 is really 120 with Sony and they should be forthright with this as this was one of the key considerations for me though 120 is fairly decent..

Wanted a tv for my sons room to watch tv and play Xbox of course ... The picture quality is superb !! The sound quality is great and the set up could not have been easier !! My son and i love this tv could not be happier

I had no intentions of buying a new TV but after seeing the picture on this and the free financing I could get, it was a no brainer. It is super easy to use and has completely transformed my opinion of flat screen vs old school cathode ray tube, which is what I had before this. I would highly recommend this TV.

I wanted a bigger sized picture (have a 32inch TV already). I checked multiple sites, 44-52 inch sized units. Read the many reviews. I settled on this one-the Sony 49 inch. It fits on my existing stand, has a sharp, clear picture and makes sports events on TV look like you are in the stands. Worth every penny, and was fairly simple to set up. I am not a techno expert by any means, I had this in place and working 25 minutes after opening the box. Recommend.

My husband and I bought this TV with a open box deal. We love it! The picture looks amazing and sounds great! I have had it for about 6 months now and everything is still great on it!

Color is great. 4K content from Netflix looks awesome. Black contrast could be better, but at the price point, I don't consider this an issue. There is a slight judder when playing Blue Ray discs- noticeable during complex scenes that pan. I do like the menus, which are easy to navigate. Tip: Using the Google app on your phone allows for voice commands, which is cool. Overall, the picture is very comfortable on your eyes. Excellent TV.

After doing research between many of the new 4K TVs available I chose this Sony TV and I am very happy I did. It not only delivers a high quality picture and sound, but all the additional features make it a lot of fun too. Being able to watch You Tube and other internet sites directly through the TV is an added bonus that I knew would be invaluable. An excellent TV that happened to be on sale when I bought it made for a great purchase!

Image quality is good and as expected (tho have only tested with OTA 1080i quality - not sure if this would be displayed in full 4k) Sound is average for these types of speakers; I have better sound from my older 1080p Sony 32inch with native front facing speakers. Menu is a bit complicated; can not always see program while changing settings, which is inconvenient (I think I heard that this problem may have been corrected in a later firmware update, but did not confirm yet.) Price is more than for equivalent sets from other brands, but I prefer to stick to a single brand for all tv/bluray etc equipment, so I can interchange remotes if one breaks, without the hassle of having to buy overpriced universal remote or searching for an replacement. Would recommend, especially if on sale.

What a wonderful tv especially for the price! We bought this tv as an open box and it’s been incredible. Such a great deal. Beautiful picture and built in apps work perfect.

Great mid size tv. The price and size are just right for a smart tv. Picture quality is awesome and having the smart capabilities are great.

Nice size, great picture quality, good sound even without using my sound system. Easy to use, nice remote. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because I've only had it 1 month. Also because it's a smart TV it likes to do software upgrades and sometimes takes awhile. Just like all smart devices they get temperamental and of course they have to be rebooted. So A few times the TV locked up and I had to unplug it to reboot it. I'm sure this happens with all smart TVs. Other than that the TV is great.

You cannot beat this TV for the price. Very slim. Nice looking. Has a great picture.

Great picture... easy to set up. Bigger screen and takes less space than my old tv
