My tv went out and I was doing some research for a new television. I had previously owned an older Sony TV and I wanted to get another one. I saw that many of them were Smart TV's. So I asked some of my colleagues how did they like their Smart TV's and gave rave reviews about them. So based on their opinions and the reviews about this tv. I decided to buy this tv and I couldn't be happier with my decision. No issues here for me so far.

We purchased this television after a lightning strike destroyed our old one. This was the first time we had hooked up a smart TV and it was almost smarter than us. However, after much persistence, we were able to set up all the features, even though at this time, we do not use all the extra stuff (Netflix, Hulu, Chrome, etc). The picture is excellent. Sound is good. Pleased with the appearance. The only reason I am giving this a four instead of five is the difficulty of set up. We are happy with product, but spent three hours setting up.

Came as described except since it was an open box item, I think the stand that it came with was not the correct stand as it didn't seem to fit, even after bringing it back into the store and I asked questions. I was given a discounted price, which helped so since it was open box, it made the price cheap enough to buy a wall mount for about the same price as a new tv with regular stand would have been. Staff were courteous and helpful.

The picture is sharp and the sound is very good even without our surround sound set up! Very pleased!

I do like the image quality on this TV but the android user interface is awkward to switch modes from streaming to cable or DVD player. It freezes up sometimes and on some occasions the TV won't turn on at all until I unplug it for a few seconds and plug it back in. My house guests can never figure out how to use the TV if I'm not there. If were to do it over again, I'd look for a different OS.

The color range is awesome and for the 4K technology with that price range? It truly an awesome buy!!

It's a good tv nice picture decent recovery you don't need a sound bar for this tv unless u want a lill more bass it's pretty loud stock

Husband wanted tv with clearer picture with programs filling whole screen., got both with this tv.

This is a really nice tv. It comes with all the bells and whistles for entertainment. The only issue with this tv is that thsound has to be through HDMI or Optical. I used to hook up my stereo to my television for sound. Red and white auxiliary cords are no longer an option.
