Great picture. Easy to setup. Would recommend to others.

Sony makes a great TV, but lacks the advertised featured in Store and printed on Sony literature and box! Best Buy customer service was lost and totally unaware of the disparity between what they SAY and the reality of having the TV at home after the sale!

The 4k picture is amazing. Loved how easy the setup was.

I have a 65 inch Sony Android TV for 18 months and really enjoy it. I needed a new bedroom TV and decided to treat myself with a 49 inch Sony android. I am not disappointed with it. It met all my expectations and I really enjoy using the built in apps.

The quality of the picture is very good and I love it.

Was looking for a smart TV for a smaller room and the reviews on this model seemed like a good choice. I went to the store to compare it to other models and brands. I have a preference for Sony so after looking it purchasing was easy. I have no regrets.

Debated between Sony and Samsung and am pleased to have selected this Sony - both great TV's but the value of the Sony for a hundred or more less was impactful. The picture of the Sony was more vibrant and overall very pleased with the purchase.

This TV is an awesome deal while you can still get it. The big difference between this and the 800 series is the software and when you update the software it performs as well as the 800 series!

I would highly recommend this television and have had great luck thus far. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because I purchased the display model and I've had a couple small issues. I'm not sure if this is standard for this mode or just the fact it's been overworked but it's the reality I've experienced.

The Geek squad installers were so courteous and helpful in setting it up. We just need to learn how to use it as a "smart T V" so we can use it to it's protential. Just love watching the nature U Tubes videos as it feels you are right there.

Was worried about the visual quality since it's an old model but it has yet to disappoint me. The audio is also good quality. The overall layout on the other hand feels a bit cluttered(but not too hard to navigate through). Can't judge the tv too harshly since, like stated before, it's my 1st smart TV.

Love, Love, Love this smart tv, you can have glaring sun on the screen and it doesn't change the view... I added a microphone to it and can tell it to find me a particular recording artist and will bring up full songs, and concerts....

The TV is okay but for the money not so much. The picture is okay, some people say the black is not very black, I'm not seeing that. It's not fabulous or worth the price but it's pretty good. I think the sound is quite good for a TV.

I was a Sony customer for years. I made a great mistake in switching to another product. Sony has never let me down. From customer service to dependability it is the best. Best Buy customer service has helped me in all my purchases.

We went to the store to look at smaller flat screens, and ended up purchasing this one. And we're not sorry. Getting it up and running was quite simple, and operating the television is also quite easy. Especially like the smart option.
