Having had the TV for a few months now I can definitively say this thing is awesome. Android TV is amazing, the features are top notch and when coupled with a PS4 pro the HDR works really well.

Although the product was a very good purchase it was almost not purchased at the store. It took over 30 minutes to be waited on and then the sales person took forever just to book the delivery date.

With the tv including Android TV you're able to add multiple apps to enjoy. Was able to add DIRECTV app and use without having a receiver. Frees up an HDMI if you need more than the 4 on the tv.

This TV is such a blast! I love having easy access to Netflix, Amazon and YouTube as well as having a beautiful High Definition picture. The base was easy to assemble. So happy with this purchase!

I think Best Buy is a special place to purchase appliance and specially tvs . I as a customer was treated so well. You feel like the most important customer in the store. Thanks Best Buy!!

I love this new TV, but 2 drawbacks: 1. Definitely want to buy a sound bar with the TV. TV's sound alone is adequate but not impressive. 2. The channel guide that is supposed to populate- doesn't. The feature is only good for the Google app.

Before, I just want an upgrade for my 40" Bravia and I thought 49" is enough since my ideal size is only 50" coz of wall mounting. But it could have been Awesome if I purchased the 55". Running at an android OS is a plus..I love this TV it's Great!

Very happy with this TV. I love watching sports(golf, basketball, football and just about everything. I love the dimension it gives and the color definition and the skin tones are true.

I was less than thrilled with this t.v. after having read good reviews on it and having high expectations of a sony. It has a good smart interface via android tv and despite being a little slow to respond, worked fairly well. I was most dissapointed by how it performed while watching cable/ satellite services. The color accuracy was good but handled motion poorly to where objects were quite blurry. Native 4k content looked good but contrast between whites and blacks was not phenomenal, and again the edges of objects looked overly pixilated under motion. The tv did however upconvert standard blu Ray content very well. I have since returned this tv.

I had phenomenal assistance when shopping for a new TV and learned a ton without techno babble. The choice was clear, and I'm so happy we decided on this one -- perfect for our home.

Overall, this TV does its job. The Netflix button on the remote is very convenient. I took off one star because some of its features need to be worked out. (e.g. cant connect bluetooth headphones, not remembering wifi passwords.)

Love this smart tv.Had a Sony for 15years 49 inch.Never had a problem with Sony.The best.This smart TV is great.Easy to operate.The color is the best.Neflex the best.Thk Sony.

this is a replacement for 43inch x800 witch had viewing angle problems.this tv sits on fridge only real problem is it will not play 4k video on you tube without buffering and I have 40 meg speed bought roku premere+ end of problems

I bought this size because I didn't want a giant tv in the room I have it in. I also own a bigger Bravia and really enjoyed that. You can never go wrong with a Sony Bravia.

I came in ready to purchase a different brand of TV, but was quickly sold on the Sony -- the picture and sound are great. We've definitely converted to a Sony TV home.

I have not had this Sony TV that long maybe 3 weeks. I don't have any problems. works fine. I don't use the smart part of the TV I do that with my Bluray player.

My main reason to purchase a 4k TV was the image quality. An android TV was a plus, it has much more than I expected. Easy to setup and an excellent image quality.

I exchanged this 49" Sony Bravia for a 55" Sony Bravia and am thrilled with it; would highly recommend it to any one looking for an outstanding TV performance!!!

Not wanting to settle for a disappointing OS on a "SMART" TV I went with Android TV and I haven't been disappointed it is crisp, clean, and so intuitive on its uses!

We purchased this TV as an open box special after Christmas. It was a great deal considering the discount we got on it because it had been opened and was missing the foot stand. It is a beautiful TV and the features are great, but the picture and sound quality are very disappointing, especially considering the original listing price of the item. Luckily we purchased this for the bedroom, if it was for the main living area we would have gone through the hassle of returning, but it works fine for late night TV watching. Next time we are in the market for a new TV we will definitely stick with Samsung.
