Great picture but it likes to do some sort of reset on the screen at random times, have no idea what it is doing. Also doesn't like to power off with the remote or the power switch. Have to power it off on the surge protector strip which it really annoying.

I wish they would have explained how to operate the TV better

We wanted 4K and find out there is none broadcast. Must subscribe to Netflix, etc. very disappointed. Beautiful TV otherwise. Disappointed in sound volume and quality. Only headphone control will not allow me to mute TV and control headset volume. They both mute.

I wasn't very impressed with the picture quality. I was expecting more out of a 4K. My 6 year old Samsung looks way better but it was also much more expensive so I guess it's ok for the price. I will say that the built in streaming services is pretty nice.

Love TV wish it had more inputs for older equipment

Awesome price on a great picture. It depends on what your looking for though.. TV does not have true HDR.. owned it for 12 hours. Did some research and realized it wasn't what I was looking for. Probably should of done the research before in hindsight, lol.

To be honest I am disappointed with this television. Ive always bought Samsung as we have 8 televisions in our house. Even on vivid the picture seems not bright and dull. This television definitely needs a sound bar as the speakers are weak and tinny

I admit that I hadn't done much research before purchasing this TV, and I really should have. The pixel density is incredible and the picture is crisp, but when watching in a darkened room, you'd never guess that this is an "HDR" TV. Dark colors are incredibly light, more grey than black. Fine for watching TV during the day, not good enough for watching anything at night. On top of that, the Android TV UI was neatly minimalist but very slow (Several seconds of delay), and the refresh rate just doesn't keep up with gaming on an Xbox One.

I wanted a low budget 4K Tv so I went with this model. The built in app are great but I'm not sure if it's my internet or the tv but it can be pretty buggy.

This was the first Sony product I ever returned. The black levels were terrible, came of moreso as deep grey. This is attributed to the way the LED lighting is situated in the set - it has edge lit lighting, as opposed to other sets that have direct back lit LEDs. It looked great in the store... the colors were really vivid...but at home, the black level was atrocious. The set was retuned for a (cheaper) Vizio D-series with better black levels.

This Sony TV is great. I compared the same type and size with Samsung and LG. The Sony had the best in picture and sound which is what I was comparing. Samsung and LG tied for second. Samsung had good picture over LG but not that loud of sound. LG had good picture but better sound then Samsung. The Sony cost a little more but I didn't have to buy a sound bar which saved me money.

The picture is good, but the entire tv moves slower than dial up internet. Very frustrating to jump around from netflix to regular tv.

It is not Best Buys Fault, but the company that makes the new T.V.'s. When I push Channel 9 for example, I expect Channel 9 to come up, but NO, I get On-Demand, or a message that says "Push Menu to watch T.V." Of course I want to watch t.v. that is why I purchased it. Three are other examples. It is so frustrating I just turn the darn thing off. I read Consumer Report before purchasing.

The software in this is extremely slow, and the wifi has a hard time connecting. Sometimes it wouldn't connect at all.
