We bought the tv because of the 4K and the picture quality. We have other flat screen tvs in the house, but this one gets watched the most. Great tv for the price.

This is a great mid size 4K HDTV for the price. The picture is sharp and set up and use is easy. Also Sony reputation is a bonus for the competitive price.

I love this television the color is so sharp and so easy to use. Netflix and Utube just a push of a button there's no having to do anything else. I love it.

Tt H The TV was very easy to setup and link to my wifi. Menus are intuitive ans easy to follow. Great picture, even when not connected to a UHD source.

Overall, it's been a little over a month, and our family is pretty pleased with our purchase. The TV was easy to mount, easy to set up, and the apps are pretty plentiful. Really, I would give 4.5 stars (rounding helped them out). My only gripe is that Sony and Comcast can't seem to get things together, so many of the live features or extra features of certain apps don't work because Comcast/Xfiniity doesn't play well with them. If they could get their act together, it would be 5 stars all the way. The screen is clear and the TV works well. And the price was good.

Great tv! However, you need to really spend some time setting it up by customizing to picture colors, sharpness, black level, back light, etc... Once dialed in to your liking, it's great! Great price also!

Aside from some setup issues, it's a good 4k tv. ButUnderstand that in order really set the 4k beauty u saw in store , your provider must broadcast in 4k, for which my provider does not, yet anyways. Also, after getting a soundbar( u will definitely need one as the tv speakers are horrible at best) u must plug sound bar into hdmi arc 3. I did that, but kept getting an error msg on screen that no one, including, Sony rep, could figure out. It said to use hdmi arc 3, which I did. So make sure that in ur on screen settings u have entered hdmi arc. That setting was 'hidden' for some reason, so make sure u show' that setting then connect-on tv-into it. I prefer vivid-photo setting for optimal picture quality.

Great tv, realistic color, beautiful picture. The only negative is the sound quality. You have to have the volume on at least 59 to hear it clearly.

Great color, great picture quality. The sound is good. TV is not too big or small. A good size for bedroom.

This tv is amazing for the price, great sound amazing clarity in the images and easy to connect online to watch movies on Netflix and Amazon prime

This TV has many features and it's easy to use. No issues have occurred. Very happy happy with the picture and sound quality.

Finally made the switch to 4K, the TV works great is easy to use and figure out, the integration with Alexa is also nice, my kiddo loves it.

Amazing picture quality and very easy to set up with my internet connection. YouTube, Netflix, local channels, cable tv all look amazing!

The picture quality is awesome. I can't speak for the sound since i have it hooked up to a sound bar. I think because its hooked up to the sound bar (also Sony), the input status bar wouldn't go away on its own and i would have to press the the 'display' button on the remote for it to go away. I believe that got fixed with a recent sw update though. Also, the cast function would sometimes not work, but that could very well be my phone. I don't really use it that much so i haven't got into troubleshooting it yet. Netflix works fine

Love that it fits on my current stand. Only wish they would have sold it with a remote that is voice activated. Good thing is you can purchase one that will make the TV voice activated.

was easy to setup,even with set box,clear picture ,we are senior citizens ,if we can get it working anyone can,we usually only buy sony
