Great TV, the quality of the picture is amazing, it is very easy to operate.

I went to several stores comparing pictures on the sets in this size, due to space was limited. Wanted a reliable brand and this one came out the best. also has the necessary inputs to upgrade along the way. When I buy I am looking for something that will last 10 years so hope I made the right choice. So far so good. Bought it at Best Buy based on the sales persons knowledge of the products.

A night and day difference between the picture of this TV and that of the old 720P flatscreen it replaced, which I always thought was pretty good. I'm an Apple user, so I'm still adjusting to the Android operating system of this "smart" TV, but I was watching the built-in Netflix on this set within 30 minutes of bringing it home. Pretty easy to figure out. Overall I'm delighted with this TV.

We liked the picture quality, has all the new features which is great. Only thing we didn't like was the control other than that can't complain.

I'm using this with the new PS4 Pro and the image is fantastic. If you're looking for a good quality 4K HDR tv under $1000, this is the one to get.

We needed to upgrade Dad to an HD TV in his "man cave". Size was a major factor in his small space. The TV fits nicely; it is great to have a good selection of sizes so we could get the "just right" model. He is thrilled with the color and clarity of the 4K picture. We have been buying SONY TVs for 30+ years. They never seem to wear out, they just get technologically left behind.

This tv has all the latest features a smart tv can have. Great picture great sound . easy to use remote. easy to hook up and greatest tech support. I love sony products and this has met all my expectations great tv

Last year I purchased a 55" Sony 4K TV and was immediately impressed with the picture. When I wanted to buy a TV for my cabin, I thought of no other brand but Sony. The picture is fantastic - crisp, clear, and vivid! I was able to set it up in a matter of a few minutes with no problem. I have owned other brands of TVs, but Sony is the clear winner when it comes to picture quality.

I am an admitted Samsung bigot. Samsung stopped making the 48" 8000 Series. I also needed the pedestal stand. I am very happy with the Sony in lieu of the Samsung. Only reservation about the unit is the 60Hz refresh sold as Motionview XR 240. Other manufacturers use a refresh nomenclature where actual refresh is one half of the marketing name, not so Sony. Live and Learn, I am not disappointed enough to return the unit, the picture is fine.

Picture quality is great, sound is about average and it is very easy to use

Great TV, superior picture quality, great value. However, developed recurring software issues relating to Netflix connectivity necessitating calls to Customer Service (who were great). They can sign into your set as if it were a computer (which it is) to fix issues- amazing! If the glitches hadn't occurred I would have given it 5 stars, as this is the best TV we've ever had otherwise. Note- do not buy a sound bar immediately unless you are going for a home theater/hi fi experience- the volume range was excellent, which surprised me.
