Pretty easy assembly, but needed assistance from sales person, over the phone, to program Dish Network remote to control T V. Picture quality is very good to excellent. Wish Sony would include a comprehensive owners manual or users guide. What came with the T V is a joke.

I purchased the TV November 23, 2016. I tried to set it up by myself, but the instructions were skimpy and not very clear. I called the Sony for assistance and I was given excellent support to finish the set up. The TV is working very well. The picture is excellent .

This Sony 4K TV out of box has a great picture. It up converts all my Directv channels and they look great. The Directv 4K channels look amazing especially in dark lit room. Combined it with Sony HTCT780 sound bar and the sound is greatly enhanced. I highly recommend.

For the price and size, it provides an outstanding viewing experience. Rich color with a cable TV input. For a person my age (69) the set-up was a bit of a challenge. Once I got the process rolling, much of the set-up became intuitively clear. No negative issues so far.

We purchased Sony Smart TV(s) based upon knowledge of the Best Buy Sales Associate plus the installation service provided by the Geek Squad following the purchase. The TVs have a great picture and the Geek Squad helped bring us "up to speed" with today's technology.

This Sony 4K tv has amazing graphics, viewing quality is flawless, no flickering or lags when watching fast action movie/shows. This tv is perfect size for my bedroom. I highly recommend this product!

I was the first person to buy this at my Best Buy - a few minutes after it came out onto the floor. Really great quality picture. Love how smart it is! Occasionally slow on response to the remote, but not a huge issue.

This television is amazing! The clarity of the picture and the depth of the colors is outstanding! We are enjoying it every day. I am still trying to learn all the "extras" that come with a smart TV (like the microphone built into the remote for voice commands?).

Previously we owned a Sony Bravia but we lost the picture on a TV that was only 7 years old. We were going to purchase a Samsung, but for $300 less we could get another Sony Bravia with the same features as the Samsung. The picture is really great on the new Sony.

This TV is on of the best I have owned. I have had many different brands and I must say Sony is still at the top of the list. The set-up is intuitive, and is all completed through easy to understand screen prompts. YOu will not be dissapointed with this TV.

We purchased this TV about a month ago, the picture clarity is awesome, the things you can do with this TV is endless, internet, Netflix, etc. I love the controller that you just speak to it and it does what you want it to do. I would highly recommend this item.

Great picture. Great color. Menu and settings are a little basic but useable

I like the size of my new TV but I hook up my Sony Google TV next to it for Internet. Pictures are very similar. I wish I would have bought the larger Google TV in 2010. I wouldn't have needed another tv. I hope there is so 4k stuff coming out soon. So far not much difference in picture from my 32 inch Sony Google TV. There is no search engine in android. That's disappointing.

After comparing several different brands over the course of a couple of weeks, I decided the Sony had the most life like picture. No overly fake reds and yellows.. Just a superior quality picture.

So far this tv is awesome. The picture quality acceded my expectations. I don't believe for this size there anything better for under $1000.00. Has plenty of inputs that was very inportant to me. A lot of others in this range didn't have inputs I wanted.

Upgraded our home system to a Sony 4K and companion soundbar + subwoofer. The picture is so sharp and brilliant colors. Nature shows really come to life. Sports and news, you are right there in the action and face to face. Great salesman and great price.

I went with my father to buy a new TV. I recommended a 4K/UHD as one he would get the most from. He thoroughly enjoys this TV compared to the old one, with the crispness and color standing out for him.

We just downsized our house and built a smaller home with only a great room and no formal livingroom or family room on the main level. This TV works perfectly in the only place we could have the TV. The color is great and the base/stand is sturdy.

Well, I walked in store looking for a 55 inch 4K TV and narrowed down to Samsung , LG and Sony. Based on recommendations for sales associate and the included PS3 I decide on Sony. The displays were all nice but I found this 49 inch with HDR with a much better display and fell in love and convinced my self that 49 inch would work out better for me. I'm sure most are aware of but I didn't consider at the time, that great display does not come home with me. At this point , my display is not much different from a much less expensive LCD. I've found a few(less than 10) 4K quality movies on Amazon. The sound is not very good and while there is a Bluetooth option in TV settings it cannot connect to Bluetooth headphones. At this point the Bluetooth option is not a benefit for me. Also the PS3 option is a subscription and though it has a free trial period, it requires a pretty expensive PS4 gamepad that cost almost as much a PS3. Hopefully 4k content will be available sometime soon to match the in store display and justify my choice.

Great tv for the price. Easy to operate. The picture is fantastic.
