I needed my son to set up the tv. Of course, I have no patience for technology. I can use it if someone tells me how to use it. The tv itself has a great picture and perfect volume. It has USB ports and HDMI ports. And you need a Google account to set up the tv. What happened to simple televisions!

Picture quality is great, though not too much 4K content available yet so based on 1080p upscaling. Using with a sound bar but the built in speakers aren't bad. Netflix built in is a nice bonus.

I bought a Samsung tv from Walmart and wasn't satisfied with the picture quality. I returned that tv an I purchased my Sony from Best Buy. I couldn't be happier with the overall product I received.

For the price you can't go wrong with this TV. The 4K picture along with HDR makes for a rich looking picture that is unmatched in this price range. Sony makes some of the best TVs in the game.

Old TV (Samsung) wasn't that old but began shutting itself off and on with increasing frequency. This Sony model was competitively priced, provides a fantastic picture and is actually smaller than our old one although is has a larger (and 4K) screen due to its virtually non-existent boarders.

I love this TV. I have always bought Sony products and I was not disappointed. The picture is amazing and I wish I could have bought a bigger one.

My first smart tv. Still learning it's bells & whistles. Clear , colorful picture. Has many HDMI inputs which I was looking for and amazingly thin screen. Sony is clearly a leader in smart tvs!

This television is exactly what I was looking for in our loft area. Just about the right size and good picture quality. I’m usually pretty picky about my screen quality, but fortunately I haven’t seen anything to be concerned about with the unit I picked up. No banding or DSE (dirty screen effect) noticeable, which is a big plus for me. I have noticed some very minor light bleeding at 2 points, but it’s not enough to bother me. Everything else about it met my expectations. All in all it is a very good set and well worth the money, in my opinion.

This is a great TV! The Techs at Best Buy did a great job of setting it up and giving us a short lesson on how to us it. It was also reasonably priced and we think it was definitely "best buy".

This is not our primary tv so it has not seen a lot of use but so far we are pleased with it. Good picture and sound for regular tv show (we use the surround sound system for watch movies).

I was looking to buy a TV for my PS4 pro and I was torn between a Samsung that was a little cheaper but ultimately went with this one and I'm so happy I bought it. Everything looks great on it.

This is the best TV I have ever owned. The colors, sharpness are the best for the dollar. A great size screen, the built in speakers are pretty good as well. I highly recommend this TV.

Purchased a Samsung and once I got it home and set up, wasn't really impressed with the picture. Returned that and got the Sony and I love it! Great picture, easy navigation! Love my Sony!

Replaced our 1999 GIGANTIC SONY with this 49" TV; without hooking up to cable high definition the picture is fantastic which also describes the Geek Squad who came for set up. Thanks!

This Sony television is well equipped for the discounted price I paid for after Black Friday. The sound and picture quality are great. Even, if I had paid the regular price of $799.99

turns out with the low profile and the picture quality, the 49" was much smaller when mounted on the wall. much to our surprise we had a lot more real estate that could have been filled. the picture quality is solid - no complaints there. ended up going to the 55" afterwards.

I would recommend this TV to everyone. It's perfect for a den when you don't want the TV to be the center of attention. Great picture and connected to internet very quick and easy.

the 43" model is a VA panel and the 49" model is IPS. there is another format war and big players are backing hdr while others are going dolby vision. could spend the extra cash getting a tv with both, but sony won the bluray battle and lost the betamax battle. time will tell..

We are so pleased with this TV. Ready for our other 4 TV's to be replaced. Just can't say enough good things about the picture. It is like being at the location that is in the picture.
