||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We love everything about this TV except that we are unable to receive our favorite TV channel, PBS without choosing the audio button and the up arrow to choose "English1" each time we switch to that channel in order to get sound. The Geek Squad tried everything without success. We are using an outside antennae. A minor annoyance, and we decided to keep the TV anyway.

The upscaling of this television is better than expected, and 4K signal is noticeably better than 1080. The 4K features are definitely worth the cost over basic 4K televisions.

Beautiful Picture

I have a Roku 3 and I prefer it to the built in apps on the TV. For example, the Hulu app does not have all of the features as the Roku Hulu app.

I did research for 4-6 months as to which 4K tv was the best and had the features for the price I was wanting to pay. This TV delivers in all areas and then some. Easy to use interface and voice control remote is awesome.

Bought a Sony and Samsung TV in last 30 days. Pictures about the same. Setup and supported software Samsung is best. How can Sony not support Time Warner Cable on wifi. Cost an extra $100 for box to make it happen.

The back of the panel is thin as well. I don't believe the black levels are as rich in this model compared to the 900 models. Only two size options for this model. Great Apps, great operating system, nice remote it comes with. The voice control microphone is good in quality.

However, if it proves to be like any other product i have purchased from Best Buy. I feel confident i won't be disappointed. As for the service i received it was excellent, the sales representative was knowledgable and help me make an informed decision within my budget.
