There was a Sony Rep in the store when we went to look and he was very helpful. We needed a TV that was good from angle and this was one of the best.

I can usually (not always) bring them into sync by turning the TV off; then turning it back on. If I then change to a different channel I may again lose the sync. Another annoying feature of this TV is the darkening or dimming of the top portion of the screen (for ~10 seconds) where the channel number is displayed when you change channels. When in sync and the dimming clears, viewing is a pleasure with a crisp image.

Great for HDR on a budget!

Streaming 4k video is great on YouTube and Netflix. Was lucky enough to pick this up on sale and it blew away my expectations for the price point.

The sales person who sold it to me said it was only 60hz, but when I scanned it said 120hz, so I was happier about the purchase. Great screen quality, and really thin sized.

You can not customize your wallpaper on the TV..couldn't be that hard to add that. And wish it would allow for a third party launcher to be the home app, but unable to change from the default AndroidTV launcher.

They replaced it but still had a vertical line on right side of screen. This particular model we purchased seems to be everything it advertised. The intension is getting a Sony sound bar with woofer in the next few months.

Very pleased. My only quibble is that this model has only a 60Hz output, but that is minor.
