Very happy with my new tv. Nice picture to very edge of frame. Only negative complaint is sound volume comes in and out. Tv is mounted on wall so did not want to add a sound bar

The picture quality is incredible! Easy setup and menu options. The definition, color and clarity are second to none. The images pop off the screen as if they were 3D!

To me, Sony has the best quality for watching both sports and movies. The refresh rate prevents that annoying strobing effect when watching a fast moving sporting event. Also, the contrast allows for rich blacks when watching movies. It's the closest to a plasma screen that I've seen. Worth every penny.

Happy from day 1. Eric R was a low-key, highly knowledgeable salesperson. I was definitely in the mood to purchase a TV after owning a SONY for over 10 years with never a single problem with it. His recommendations were valued and right on the mark. For the money, you can’t beat SONY or Best Buy.

Great picture, easy to set up. Recommend the TV not the store. Too bad Best Buy doesnt honor their own name. Purchased the TV on Black Friday. TV went on sale for $70 less on Cyber Monday. Best Buy will not even price match their own Prices and yet they are named Best Buy. Only bad thing about the transaction. Wish I could just review Best Buy!

Bought a LG 49 inch tv but could not get it adjusted correctly. Faces in close-up shots looked muddy and unnatural color. Exchanged that tv for the Sony, took it out of the box and BAM! Perfect picture. Really love it!

Have had this Sony smart tv for a couple months now and love it! Picture is great, easy to set up and use, sturdy. Favorite apps are just a click or two away - Netflix, YouTube, Pandora. We have better speakers hooked up but the tv speakers aren't too bad. Took a while to figure out connecting the DVD player - had to use the adapter cable provided with the tv, but it works just fine. Have had Vizio & LG smart tvs in the past, definitely recommend the Sony.

First tv I ever bought and I knew I couldn't go wrong with sony. This tv is so light weight and its just beautiful. Its crystal clear and it sounds great. I would recommend this TV to anyone.

Cancelled satellite, I watch mostly You tube. I can still watch Fox news ( delayed several hours though. But still better than paying $1200 a year) . Picture is really good. Sound average.

This TV is great. The picture is incredible and the ease of use is very friendly. The only thing I don't like is the HDMI slots are on the side which shows the cables

I'll be honest--I can't really tell the difference between 4k and 1080p. I do know that this tv has good picture quality and low input lag for games, which were my two main priorities.

Very happy with the picture quality. The Smart TV function has frozen up a couple of times, that was fixed by unplugging the TV for a couple of minutes. The sleep function didn’t work from the beginning and we have never addressed it. I’m sure Best Buy would have taken care of it if we would have brought it back. This TV gets a lot of use.

Great television, was surprised no controls on the set itself, only can be controlled with remote.

Now that I have a new Dish receiver, the picture quality is spectacular! Still learning all that I can do on this tv, but am pleased so far.

I very brand loyal and love Sony TV's. I have owned several over the years and this one it great. And got a good deal.

I havw always gone with sony. I wanted a 4k TV ans this was within my orice range. So far everything looks great when I place a 4k bluray or using Vudu. The colors pop great TV for the price.

This TV is more than I expected. My wife and I enjoy the resolution and color. Sony products are throughout our home.

This is a beautiful TV! There are a lot of cheaper options out there for this size but you really do get what you pay for. I have an LG 4k TV of a similar size and the Sony looks a lot better than it does. The colors are more vivid and the blacks are deeper.

Absolutely no issues with this tv. Absolute beautiful picture and quality! Love my purchase!
