I was trying to spend much less on a new TV. But, SONY is the "one & only". The first TV I had in my first home was a SONY and it lasted for YEARS. I hope this will, too. I do, however, wish the sound was strong. So, I need a better sound bar. (The Samsung I had for my limited LG is not adequate enough.)

Good picture and great refresh rate, better than buying a cheap 65 inch TV.

This Sony TV is a nice size for viewing and has a great picture.

My first Sony was 15 years ago and is still working just as it did when I purchased. I decided to purchase a new tv. There was no decision. Sony is the only one I trust.

The set up and installation was fairly simple, but the directions showed a carton for a larger TV....had to improvise, but no real issues in installation and set up. After several weeks of use, the screen is great- watching dark movies though makes it hard to see sometimes. Overall a good value and happy with the Sony product

I knew i was going to get nice quality picture with this X800G but the audio. Didn't even have to hook up a sound bar. Sometimes sounds like someone is in the other room but have to remind myself it's TV.

I always perceived Sony as better brand than Lg or Samsung. However I’m disappointed with the “smart” features of the tv. Hulu app? Forget it! YouTube TV? No way! Regarding picture quality, it is ok but you can easily see the stripes of back led lights which makes watching dark scenes not nice... I was expecting more for this price point.

My salesman, whose name I can’t remember. A younger man was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when asked about products I was interested in. He was was also kind and considerate. Please look up who sold me the tv as he was great! Someone kind of snotty was helping me in the beginning and handed me over to him. I’m thankful

We bought a similar TV two years ago and this is updated model for $350 less. Both sets are great and the new stand is easier to clean around

The setup procedure asked questions I felt were none of Sony's business, however you couldn't proceed without answering their questions. Outside of the setup/installation process, the TV is great, but the installation process is/was uncalled for. It will make me look past Sony in the future.

This product would benefit from a written operating manual rather than just about the instillation. Also, I am not able to access the streaming channel BritBox on this Sony TV, a loss to me! Otherwise, it's a great TV.

I bought this tv but I returned cause it is too big for my room but I guess it is great for a living room but you need the mount wall

There are a lot of companies that make televisions but I will only purchase a Sony! You get what you pay for! I have been buying Sony televisions for over 25 years!

I have two tv different brand ( Samsung and Sony ) Actually, there is a difference between them in terms of technology and strength, as well as the advantage to Sony

We bought this TV as a gift for our mother, and she absolutely loves the picture clarity! We have nothing but Sonys in our house. Excellent customer service too!
