A real pleasure to watch. Sound is not excellent. Added a sound bar - all is good!

We couldn't be happier. We are in an area with very little reception and internet. This just fits the bill.

It's a good TV so far. I like that it uses and Android OS. I was able to side load an app not available on the play store thanks to it using Android.

Mini fridge - ordered through the store, was present on the day they said. Store employee took it to the car for me. I spent some time taking all the tape and plastic cover off, but it looks great and works well. It is all that I hoped for.

Good TV, but by it's-self, crappy sound... My old Sony TV bought in 2007 has far far better sound, but it also cost 6 times more money.

Sony is the best choice and I really like it and will stay with don’t no more Samsung lol

Tv is ok for the price. But has some issues. Mostly faced issues with USB. 4k movies while playing from pen drive stops after playing for sometime like 30mins or so. Need to start over again. Tv doesnt bootup if you have connected pen drive before start the tv.

Great TV for a year or so. Then I saw a red light below the screen. Then it stopped. Completely. Best Buy said they couldn't help me because I hadn't purchased a warranty. (May not be profitable to charge a diagnostic fee and repair fee for less than a new TV.) I don't need a free repair. I want to salvage some of my investment. Sony told me I might need a new power cord (AC adapter); but, the price sounded too high. Best Buy doesn't carry replacement cords for Sony TVs. (They don't seem interested in servicing TVs, just selling them. I hate to think of the metals and chemicals accelerated to the landfill in this way.) So, I'll try to find the right replacement cord. I wish Best Buy had competition, other than Walmart. I'm disappointed that I couldn't get better customer service. I'll be Iess likely to buy more TVs from them.l Sincerely, M. Malina
