Love this TV! Great picture and crystal clear! This tv replaced a Samsung LCD we used to have in the kitchen. I was going to buy another Samsung, but when compared to this Sony the Samsung was not as bright or clear. Buy this TV you will not be disappointed. It’s a great TV!!

Have had this tv for a little over a year now and absolutely love it. Clearest pic I’ve seen in on any tv and it’s a smart tv so I have tons of options. Would recommend a Sony tv to anyone who wants a top quality product, remember you get what you pay for.

This is a fantastic TV with a great picture and great sound as well. It come with access to several online streaming possibilities and navigation from one function to another is generally easy. We have been really enjoying the TV and using the new DVD/Bluray player we bought with it.

I only buy Sony TVs. They have been my favorite for years. This one is amazing. The brightness and motion flow is great!! Playing games, when moving the camera around, the picture stays smooth and clear with no blur. I love it!!

I purchased this TV as an upgrade from my LG 6 series and it is a significant upgrade. The blacks on this TV are amazing. I would say this TV and the 950G are one step below an OLED. The new 900H and 950H are out now which are good improvements over these models if you’re looking for something newer and with better tech but the prices on these TV are just too amazing for what you get. I picked up a 49 X900F for just $699.99 and it looks amazing. Now I will say if you want the most premium of tvs with perfect blacks and perfect colors you prolly want an OLED but if your looking for the next best thing it’s gonna be the 900 and 950 models by Sony. If I had the money and my own place I would’ve gone with an LG CX OLED. The android operating system is the only thing I dislike but I added my Apple TV 4K which made it a much better experience. But I am pleased with my purchase.

This TV is great, haven't had any image issues or bad blooming or dim display. Runs great with my gaming setup and I'm really enjoying any type of digital media on here. So convenient and clean compared to last generation TV's. Definitely recommended!

I was looking for a smaller TV that offered the 120 hertz. Sony was the only one that offered it in that size I was looking for. This is my third Sony television I currently own two great picture easy to operate news and has great features.

I love this tv. Perfect size for my room, great picture and sound. The ONLY thing I love a little less is the wide stand. My last tv was on a pedestal and I could turn it for better viewing. The legs on this are wide and I have it pulled to the very edge of the table.

Had to choose between 55" 800 series or 49" 900 series. Both are great units! Decided to trade size for latest tech...WOW!...quite the machine. The latest X1 processing 4K HDR 120 hz this unit is phenomenal! Best Buy Black Friday steal deal made it all possible!

Sony comes through again. I was having problems seeing at the distance in my living room with my small TV, so this 49" TV is excellent for everything - color, writing, etc. Took me a long time to decide on size and brand, but I made the right decision.

The picture is fabulous. Have been watching this one for awhile before I finally jumped on it. Tv was easy enough to set up and works great will all my other sony items like bluray player and sound system and can use one remote for all.

I am so pleased with the quality of the picture of this set that I have been binge watching since I set it up. I added a sound bar from Sony also and it really helps with the base, although some times the lips don't sync with the dialogue because of the sound bar.

Good Grief, I don't have a way to put this into words. This is hands down the best TV in its class. It's better than the Q6, better than anything LG offers, nothing beats what you get here. A full array back light with local dimming, Dolby vision compatibility (looks AMAZING), Triluminos Display (also known as quantum dots lol) and the best motion I've ever seen on a television. You will never see motion blur on this TV. It's amazing for gaming, if you have input lag, put it into game mode and it will be super responsive. I can't stress enough how much bang for your buck there is in this television, Sony could be selling this much higher if they did not make OLED models. I highly recommend this television.

Great TV for the price, has one the best pictures you can find. Local dimming works well and blooming is much less than the newer X950H. Only downside is only 2 HDMI ports support Vision, and HR10, AND one of those two ports the ARC port for the soundbar. This can be limiting if you have a lot of 4K sources to attack to the TV that require highbandwidtg.

I was in need of replacing my 10 year old Sony (Bravio 40in 1080p). Had been reading all the reviews for several of the Sony TVs and the x900F series had very high remarks. The next decision was the size and based on my placement of the TV I choose the 49 in. This is a little bigger that my old Sony. The setup was easy and only needed 2 cable replacements. The color is fantastic. I know the sound on Sony TVs is not the best, but I have a Yamaha Sound Bar (also 10 yrs old) that works great. I would recommend this TV to anyone. You can't go wrong with Sony.

TV HAS GREAT COLOR AND SOUND. LARGE CLEAR PICTURE. A DELIGHT TO WATCH REGULAR TV AS WELL AS MOVIES. WE HAVE IT WALL MOUNTED WHICH MAKES FOR A NEAT FOCAL POINT BETWEEN MY TALL BOOKCASES WITH A SMALL FOOTPRINT THAT DOES NOT OVERPOWER OUR ROOM.

This is the 3rd Sony TV I’ve had. All replacing another very reputable brand. The vivid color and sharpness are great. Good sound. Wife loves Hallmark and I like my sports.

Looking all over to find a new tv and was doing research and came across the X900F. It is a great tv when it comes to picture quality. HDR is nice and bright and 4k movies look fantastic.

Great tv. Outstanding picture quality and ease of use. Wish I would have gotten the 55" but was not sure how it would fit in my room. With that being said the 49" is still very nice. Out of box settings meet my needs, no need to recalibrate.

This TV is and all the Sony lineup since 2018 represents the comeback to Elite status for them. I love the ease of use and the google platform to use as smart system for the TV and the tons of apps you can download. It has google chromecast it makes it simple to to transfer photos and videos from cell phone including Apples Iphones (the newer versions of TV 2020 models come with Airplay not this one but chromecast works fine). Good colors and details from the TV. Speakers need a little kick in the power side. Also when using the google system and it goes to screen saver you will have the greasted photos for backdrop you have ever seen. You can even leave it like this during house gathering for ambiance.
