The Sony tv They helped me pick out was the perfect blend Of value and awesome picture. They did a great job pitching the Best Buy card and total tech support unfortunately I couldn’t go with either.

Sharp and bright picture

It replaces another Sony that was purchased after the 1994 earthquake and just now stopped working.....How's that for proof that Sony makes a great product!

At first it sounded very quiet and now it sound like both speakers might be going out.

A Very Wise Purchase

The learning has largely been intuitive. I appreciate being able to cast a program from a PC to the TV. This eliminates the need for an HDMI cable from the PC to the TV.

The TV is nice but not what I expected.

I was replacing a analog tv that did not have HDMI ports. The new tv came with Has HDMI ports but none of the ports that my accessories can plug in to. The instructions for set up were a not very helpful. I was disappointed with the purchase I have had Sony TVs fir40 years but this on Wes too technical for me !

A Good Secondary TV

I use this in my living room, so it's not my main TV. Therefore I didn't need all the HDMI 2.1 features for gaming. I would recommend using a soundbar. The speakers are good but not great as with most TVs.

Damaged tv

They ordered me a replacement but it took a week to get. That's the only complaint and am not really complaining. You lady that waited on me was very nice and took care of me. Will be back to buy a sound bar later.

Pretty happy with this Sony TV

Turns out, you have to dig through the Settings Menu to find a "Restart" button. After doing that classic IT help desk maneuver, it works perfectly now.

It’s our first Sony (all other TVs are LG OLEDs) and is getting job done. Decent, but if we had to do it over again we’d save the money and buy their OLED.

Great picture, but two many problems

About once a week, the sound gets out of sync. The only way I have been able to correct it is to unplug the tv for a few seconds. The other problem is sometimes the TV won't power on, at first. Usually after 4 or 5 attempts with it's remote it comes up in reboot mode. This happens daily now. Overall a very annoying tv. We were going to mount it on the wall, but that would make it even harder to unplug it. This will be my last Sony after having Bravias for the last 20+ years.
