    3 weeks after purchase and my TV set does not work. I purchased an extended warranty and Geek squad service for about 350 dollars. and the best they can do is make an appointment 10 days out!! Wish I never heard of Best Buy. Geek squad was rude on the phone and acted like I should be grateful to have this appointment. I was promised a return phone call from the manager, who was "unavailable" at the time, and that never happened. Don't do business with this company!

    its been 1 year that I have this tv and is giving me problems. not connecting to the internet is one of them. I have done anything possible even the factory reset and still doesn't work. and not to mention that Sony customer service is the worst.

    My tv is just over 1 year old and the screen went black. Called Sony and they pretty much told me it cannot be fixed. Paid over 700$ for this TV and it should certainly last much longe than a year! Thanks for nothing Sony.

    DOA - Dead on arrival, need I say more. Returned to store immediately they couldn’t change it, because of the way they inventory. Return not immediately added back to my card, so I couldn’t buy another tv in that one visit.

    Biggest piece of crap we have ever purchased. Bought May 2020 and TV just stopped turning on in May 2022. TV no longer works after 24 months of use. DO NOT BUY THIS TV unless you intend to purchase a new TV yearly.

    The audio is terrible for a Sony. Will never buy again. Also the limitations of the Android operating system is bad. Best Buy staff saying I need to by an extra speaker system is not what I spend this amount on. Had Samsung before and went straight back!

    Couldn’t scan digital channels

    The television could not pickup ANY digital channels. It did scan and pickup all analog channels. I spent close to four hours with Sony tech support trying to resolve the issue. Nothing they suggested worked.

    arrived with a broken screen in the box-ugh!!

    now i have to pack the dang thing back up, carry it to my car, lift it in etc. It's heavy and bulky. They should deliver another and pick this one up. I'd tell them this, but NO ONE answers their darn phone at Best Buy.

    It is not compatible with an apple product/iPhone therefore I cannot use my apps, and it doesn't have a pause button. Who makes a tv without a pause button?!?
