The sales person who assisted us explained the features of relevant units in the size we needed, demonstrated appearance and features, and explained the technology differences. Everything worked perfectly, the setup was easy, and we have had zero problems thus far. Very happy with the shopping experience and associated helpfulness at Best Buy.

It has taken a couple trips to the store for adapters to connect Wii, Receiver and DVD players. Not as easy as protrayed for us so far!

Ripping us off by deleting features on 49” set

They remove the wide angle viewing, cheapen the bezel etc. keep the features on the 49”-50” sets that come with the 55” and above or loose customers! Samsung is even worse. In this size panel they reduced the panel to 60HZ.
