I purchased this mp3 player to use while I swim laps. I get a bit bored when I swim, so I wanted to have something to listen to. So far so good. It takes a bit of getting used to. A bit tricky to get both ear pieces to stay in place.

This has worked great in the pool for swimming laps, I've enjoyed having it.

At first I had a hard time loading the music from iTunes. Now it works great, I am hopeful that they will last a long time in the water. The sound is of good quality.

After a week of use the product stopped working properly. It would be fully charged and I'd take it to the gym and 10 minutes into my workout it would turn off. When I got home and checked the battery it was fully charged. I was 2 days past the 14 day return policy and best buy would do nothing for me. $100 down the drain

Had the previous model but after 5 years it just finally died, I really like the color combination and the way this model fits

volume does not get loud enough to adequately hear even when not exercising, swimming whatever. also water tends to get inside the ear pieces further blocking volume until they are removed and the water gets shaken out. these were returned.

Overall, the mp3 player has been idea for the pool. It is easy to download music and easy to use. In fact, I bought one for my wife and me. We use it on a daily basis.

This product and longevity don't mix. So, if you are looking to buy a Walkman that can withstand water depths then buy a later model or an entirely different one from a different brand. I experienced a lot of intermittency and the ear plugs had a tendency of getting clogged. I returned it because it wasn't performing seamlessly. Also, I followed the directions to the tee and did not use this anywhere else but the pool. It wasn't made to last. And, it's the first one of its kind from Sony, so hopefully the next model release will be way better than this one.

This product was really good and stays in place while running and is sweat proof, which is a plus.

I would recommend this for everyone. great compact feature and easy to use. I am thrilled with it.

This product fulfilled all my expectations. It was easy to set up and to use.

Bought this as a gift for a friend and it had to be moisture resistant due to the extreme humidity here. Will have to ask them how it's working, but, suspect it's fine as it's a Sony.

Made this purchase for the sole purpose of long training runs and bikes. love the no ear phone cords to deal with, however, after a short amount of time it becomes uncomfortable on the ears. Top lines rub, if you adjust it rubs inner ears. Holds tons of music, no cords, charge easy enough, but halfway in, I remove them and complete my training without my tunes. Recommend for casual short training use only...

I totally enjoy using the sony Walkman when working out, walking, and mowing my yard. I wish I could find the controls without having to remove the device, but I can deal with it.

This is a great device for serious swimmers... I had checked other brands and price points but this Sony device was my choice...

This product was perfect for me. I wanted something wireless that I didn't have to hold or wear on my arm or waist.

I purchased for swimming, they are average. Much better for just working out or running.
