Easy to use easy to set up and ready to rock & roll!

Had another CD player for 17 years. Although it's not the same brand, the features are exactly as the old one. Sounds great and very easy to use. Love to put five CD's and shuffle the music. I have my own concert at home with my favorite singers!!!

I bought this to replace a 20 year old unit that was not working well. I can't believe how much better this sounds. I read many reviews before buying and noted how others thought the time between cd changes was too slow. I have to say that 5 seconds is not a problem and am very pleased with the functionality of this player.

This sony cd changer replaced a 1992 model that finally died. This one was well packaged, arrived on time and works just fine. It has a few features the '92 model lacked but since I mostly stick cds in there and expect them to play (no skips so far) I'm happy.

Great product. It has all the features I was looking for. I had an earlier incarnation of the same changer and I loved it until it finally, years later, died. I am very happy with its replacement.

This CD player seems to be a fine replacement of our old CD player that stopped working. We haven't used all of the features yet, but it seems to play CDs well. That's all we really wanted.

This is a replacement product for the same model that died after 10+ years. I expect it to be reliable. Mechanism is a little noisy however, a sign of the cheaper materials now used as standard.

I was looking for a decent CD player with an optical output. This product has met my needs and has worked very well. It replaced an old single CD player and has allowed me to listen to all those CDs that were just stored away in boxes. Happy listening.

I returned two units that I could not set up. I was going to leave and salesperson engaged me, listened selected new products that I set up and are happily using. She should be commended !!!

Replaced an older Technics that I had. My only complaint, if you can call it that, when you pause for over a period of time, it shuts off and doesn't remember where it was on a track, that is what pencil and paper are for.

You know what you are getting with any sony product; we use it to play a variety of music on all-disk shuffle. You could probably load disks with mp3's vs wav files and the music will last all night. We haven't tried the write features.

This is a great CD changer to add to any media set-up. Easy to set-up, easy controls, and produces great sound.

I had my last Sony for years and it performed well. So far this has also and I look forward to having and enjoying it many years to come.

I purchased this CD player to replace a component system Sony 5 disc player that died after 20 years. This product is similar but does not fit well with all of the components of the stereo system that is in place. The most annoying factor is that there is a significant delay when the machine is "reading" the disc. Additionally, you have to always go to "stop" when you are changing the functions. The other system allowed instantaneous recognition and changing from functions. It is actually a bit more cumbersome to program and integrate functions, but overall the quality of play and sound is adequate.

Easy to use, set up and format. I like the 5 disc capability.

I have only had it for a month but it does every thing I want. It is a shame the Industry has stopped making the larger CD players(100 or more). They minimized taking CD's in and out. But for a five CD player, you can't beat the features and price of this unit.

My other changer was old and noisy and I wondered if the dull sound was due to old age. I read the reviews on the Sony, and the price was right when I bought it. Better sound. Excellent product so far.
