Most disappointing was the " shuffle" feature. I like variety and my previous unit would rotate to a different CD after each song. This unit provides a "shuffle all discs" feature which would provide the variety if it truly "shuffled". It often plays two and sometimes three or four without changing CDs. This makes for an irritant because I know at the end of the session, another CD will be on the repeat mode as the stack finishes.

We would like to recommend to try the following steps to activate the shuffle mode option: 1 - Select CD or USB ~ 2 - To shuffle only the tracks in one disc or USB folder press SHUFFLE once and a icon displaying 1 DISC SHUFFLE or SHUFFLE with a little folder icon (for USB only) will be shown on the left side of the display. 3 - To shuffle all discs or all tracks on a USB drive available press SHUFFLE again and a icon displaying ALL DISCS SHUFFLE or SHUFFLE (for USB) will be shown on the left side of the display.~ Jeannette
