No complaints with our old tv, it served its purpose. We love our new Sony Bravia. The image quality and color are great. We especially like the sleeker design, which gives us more space on our wall.

Almost a great TV

Works great now, just hope I dont get a reset and have to start over. Also disappointed with the remote and the fact that when changing channel too fast, the one gets a frozen picture. To fix, one needs to power off and back on.

The picture and the sound are exceptional! Had to purchase a ROKU as this tv would not allow download of tennis Channel App. TV is a Google product and I had a bit of a learning curve to understand how it worked.

Great higher lvl mid grade Sony TV

The size and location or perfect. The color and sound from this tv is amazing. I always liked Sony electronics and there is absolutely nothing wrong with this tv for a high mid grade tv. We love it. The built in Google tv part is really a cool feature as well. Up to this point we only had those other Roku or Fire Stick. This is a great bedroom tv.

So far I’m not all that impressed. The picture quality is average at best and moving through the smart tv apps seems slow compared to my 10 year old 60” Sony Bravia using a Chromcast with Google TV. Also, the picture quality on my older Sony is noticeably better.

I had purchased a 65" Sony Bravia TV to replace my living room TV a year ago. Inhave always been a Sony buyer for many things through the years. Both TVs operate through Google. I have You Tub TV which is compatible. Both TVs have the same remotes and have beautiful colors. I recommend you consider Sony when purchasing a new TV.

This one is no different with that. A few weeks before I purchased this 50", I purchased a 32 Bravia" for my bedroom. The sound quality on the 32" is far superior that this 50". This 50" sounds very tinny; aweful. No problem as I was going to connect to my very nice LG soundbar I already had. Nope the Bravia 50" just would not consistently interface. Sometimes it worked but most of the time it did not. The soundbar worked great on previous Bravia 50" and on every other TV I have. This is a very finicky TV. Sometime I have to redo the settings because they change all on thier own. One time the screen completely froze and the only way to get it going again was to unplug the TV and wait a while. Overall very disappointed.

Especially Coco my personal sales person who is extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous. She’s knows her products and is very helpful. And so far Best Buy is excellent. I went to reschedule my appointment and it was sooooo smooth. I just called them and they took over and knew who I was by my phone number and then told me about my appointment and if I wanted to reschedule or other options,etc… I was like wow!! It was that easy. I didn’t have to speak to anyone nor be placed on hold. I called that supervisor customer service!!!!
