    I love my Google TV. The picture is 3 d and the colors are vibrant. The smart TV remembers my favorite channels and arranged them in front for easy access

    Have had this for about a year now and still works very well. Would get a sound bar if you really care about audio quality

    Great TV cumbersome menus for seniors

    Extremely happy with the color quality but I feel the menus are complicated for someone not accustomed to a smart TV. I haven't even started to set up many features. Some communication issues between my cable box and the TV bad enough. One day I will learn the features of this TV.

    Great picture but that's about it

    I've always owned Sony for the outstanding picture quality. This one is no different with that. A few weeks before I purchased this 50", I purchased a 32 Bravia" for my bedroom. The sound quality on the 32" is far superior that this 50". This 50" sounds very tinny; aweful. No problem as I was going to connect to my very nice LG soundbar I already had. Nope the Bravia 50" just would not consistently interface. Sometimes it worked but most of the time it did not. The soundbar worked great on previous Bravia 50" and on every other TV I have. This is a very finicky TV. Sometime I have to redo the settings because they change all on thier own. One time the screen completely froze and the only way to get it going again was to unplug the TV and wait a while. Overall very disappointed.

    This TV is replacing a This TV is replacing an older Sony in the bedroom and will be moving the older one in another bedroom. The picture quality is great and colors look fantastic. The remote and menu is easy to use. I have been buying Sony for over 20 years. I have purchased another brand in the past and it doesn’t compare to the Sony. Bottom line you can’t go wrong buying a Sony TV.

    The Sony is excellent. I love it. The hookup service was not so hot. Incomplete, left a mess of wires and cost me $200. Outrageous!

    My wife pushed me to a Sony Bravia. It's a great replacement for an older Vizio. So far, I love the picture quality and the smart tv features which my Vizio didn't have. The price was reasonable. Im not a techie, but I was able to setup the set with ease. My original choice was Sumsung, but Im very happy with the Sony

    Dont connect the tv to wifi. Use external devices and it is perfect. Seeing some scenes in 4k is almost disturbing with how much emotion is conveyed

    I was a little hesitant to purchase this because it had no reviews but I am extremely happy that I did. It has access to all the apps you could want (Hulu, Netflix, etc.). The menu is easy to use and responsive. The picture quality is excellent! I connected my PS5 to it and i think the picture quality is better than our 85" Sony. Perhaps I need to upgrade the cables on the 85". The sound is ok I suppose. I would prefer to pair this with a Sony soundbar and wireless subwoofer, but it would be too loud at that point.

    I bought a tv but was having problems getting a clear picture so called in to Best Buy. They were at my house within two weeks, brought me a new tv, set it up and took all the garbage with them. They spent time with me, explaining how the tv works and troubleshooting. I was very pleased with the service I received.

    My Sony was just about 17 years old, I thought the picture and sound was okay. The Salesman said I would be blown away with the new one - he was right. Beautiful picture and I don't even need a sound bar! The Salesman was easy to work with, pointed out the features and I'm very happy with it. Thank you.
