Get “First Class Help” from Best Buy

The gentleman who helped us took extra time to check all TV’s for us. They no longer make plugs for head phones but we bought a new TV.

Instructions Please!

The box arrived on time (but Fed Ex did not ring the door bell; they just dropped it off on the porch...) However, although all the parts were present there were no instructions for set up. We had to go on line to find the TV on the Sony site and look through their materials to see how to set up the TV. It is now working well but set up took a few hours.

Instructs are Not Always Right lol

Turns out the 4 female/male screws that come with the product are not needed for all wall mounts. After screwing them in as instructed then discovered it was a mistake we could only remove 3 of the 4 screws so now the tv is a crooked on the wall.

Excellent Service and Experience

He provide very useful information and offered valuable advise. Delivery to the store took 2 days, as promised. The pick-up was easy and set-up the same. The image quality is very good. At this point, I've only set it up as a standard TV but once I'm used to its operation via my DISH remote, I'll activate the Google TV feature.

Great picture and sound

The audio and internal speakers are also much clearer. We no longer have to use an external speaker to clearly hear the dialogue.

And yes there is a delay- but that appears to be on all the tv. I have a Samsung and a Sharp. The sound through my headphones is like being at the theater.

Sound quality is great out of the box!

I have the comparable Samsung in another room as well and can honestly say that the sound quality straight from the Sony TV is far and away better than the other and to me, that's worth it. Don't get me wrong, it can still benefit from a sound bar, but out of the box, it sounds great.
