Long time Sony fan disappointed

After years of sony tv purchases, I am so disappointed. A TV of this caliber should not be “disposable”. Before this most recent issue, the TV functioned perfectly.

Sony TV's Are Terrible Garbage
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When watching a movie on Blu-ray disc on a Blu-ray disc player connected to this TV I get an annoying pop-up notification that says, "Finish setting up your TV" and by that they mean setting up an intrusive Google Account. I don't want that. How i do turn that off? Watching a movie on Blu-ray disc has nothing to do with the TV's Internal features. Sony TV's are terrible Garbage!

We're sorry to learn that you are not having the best experience with your Google TV and encountered some notification displays on the TV. The message or notification "Finish setting up your TV" on the screen will disappear after some time. Please note that the features displayed on the Home menu screen of a Google TV depend on whether or not you have logged in to your Google account. If you selected Set up basic TV at the initial setup, select Set up Google TV from the Home or Settings menu and complete the network settings.
If your TV display the functionality and features, make sure the DEMO mode is Off.
