This purchase was made easy by first of all knowing Sony makes quality products and secondly by hearing the same from the floor salesman. Easy to unpack and install - attached, but detachable carrying handles are genius.

It is a regular 4K tv, like others But expensive for the Brand

My first Sony purchase and not impressed. Only has 3 picture settings and the sound is terrible. Picture is either to bright or to dark. It's a nice looking tv with the stand. Had 2 LG tv they are better sound & picture but they only last 18 months. My advice go with Samsung

The visuals are NOT stunning as stated in the Best Buy listing. They are just above average IMO ; my only disappointment is the sound quality. When wall mounted, the sound is heavily muted and you have to turn it way up to hear anything. A sound bar is a must for this tv.

This 50'' TV has great graphics and works well with my internet provider, so far I have not had any issues with this television. I recommend to mount it if possible since it is very thin and kind of delicate.

This TV has excellent resolution and dynamic range. It comes bundled with some good apps. The only very minor drawback, is there is a slight delay when switching inputs: Around 300 to 500 milliseconds.

I have been hesitant to buy a TV because I’ve been reading about toxic fumes coming from them I bought this TV open box it has been just great with no toxic smells it’s in my bedroom and I’m happy

For the price and the brand, it’s a good enough tv. But like some of the review, the sound isn’t very good. It needs that extra speaker. I would recommend it, if you are going to buy a speaker anyway.

Bought this Tv almost 3 years ago and is still working perfectly! Great for watching Netflix shows in 4K or YouTube videos in 4K quality is as good as some of the new TVs!

Great smart tv easy to set up easy to program would definitely purchase again or tell a friend about this product, it also helped that the staff was friendly and quick to respond to my needs

I wouldn't put this tv in my living room but it does make for a great bedroom tv. If you like sports this is not the tv for it.it can be grainy and pixelated with fast motion events like sports. Otherwise, it's great and worth the price

I’ve been using this tv for over a year now, and it’s been through two moves and still ticks with no issue. My only complaint is that I have to assign the WiFi on a nearly daily basis, which isn’t a big deal to me.

Was hesitant on naming this purchase because I’ve always been more into Samsung. After buying, I realized that Sony does have great quality and glad I decided to give them a try.

So far I am very happy with this purchase as well as the installation by the Geek Squad. Matt and Travis were super in setting everything up and making sure everything worked.

I LOVE thIs tv. After reading many reviews on many manufacturers, this was my choice and it was a great choice! Super easy set up perfect size for small great room. I love it!

The tv is a perfect size for our rambler. I'm sure that I will like it even more once we get it totally set-up. My only complaint is that there is no "quick set-up" included that is easy for non-electronic savvy people.

About two years ago I purchased the next size down and this time I decided to go up to the one subj. of this review---It meets all the positive script for Soni T. V.s

For the money, this is an excellent TV! We compared it side by side at home with another model and there was just no comparison - especially when viewing 4K content.

I highly recommend this product. I have had another for over 11 years and my kids beat the heck out of it and it still works just as it did when we purchased it.

The TV works great...I had to make a second trip as I didn't realize that the wall mounting bracket didn't come with the unit. All works well in the end...
