THIS ONE CRAPPED OUT IN 2 years. Appears SONY tried to bring price point down by going with cheap labor in another country on this one.

Sony customer care gave a wonderful suggestion to disconnect power and restart tv every time this happens. Definitely not worth of time and money.

Good solid performer at the price

Easy setup, standard wall-mount configuration, powerful remote control. I wish the interface was more like my 60" Sony that I purchased earlier this year. The interface is a bit blah/generic. Also, Side View app finds the TV, but the television doesn't provide the Registration code needed to link the device. Overall, a good TV at a great price.

Streaming freez sometimes

The picture is clear, crisp and vivid. This has a perfect picture for gaming and blue rays. It makes SD look like HD. Sound is normal. I am a cable guy, so the limited apps doesn't bother me. You can mirror screen from your device. I use Netflix, I'll get a Roku stick if I want more apps. Searched a month for a TV under $600. LG and Samsung are nice but you can't beat this SONY 4K for $450. Go steal the Deal!

Mounted it myself with ease and it looks do much better. Best feature is the pic off button on e remote. Didn't need a sound bar or receiver now to hear music while sleeping. Netflix and YouTube work very well. The 4 k will not blow you away but looks good. If this was my main tv I would have went up to the next tier. At 429 this beats the other brands and I trust Sony quality. This is my 4th Bravia flat screen in 12 years. All still work. The employee got me 10% rewards for reopening my bb card but I don't think I can apply it to my statement like he said

Everything about this Sony is absolutely perfect. The picture is the best we have ever had and the Best Buy price of $499 was outstanding for a 50" Sony. The only thing I had to adjust was set the picture to Vivid.

Not a ton of 4K channels yet, but the ones I get are stellar!!! Sony has never disappointed w/ years of purchases. This beautiful bezel-less screen, sound, and ease of use are no exception. I love the way I can go from Youtube to TV to Netflix and back. The picture clarity, sound and overall quality are above the best! Perfect all the way around and the Geek Squad Double Agent installer (Joel Ortiz #38691) was professional, pleasant and knows his stuff! Thank you Best Buy!!!

Finally purchased a 4K 50" Sony and I love it!!

I use a ZVOX surround sound so there were only two manufacturers whose bases fit. After some research, the Sony 50" was the winner. Easy to set up but I use cable so the wireless is not being used at this time. Sony gives great instructions down to how two people are needed to grab the attached hand holds (removable) from the back of the TV so no damage is done. Great picture and sound quality. I did improve the picture quality by going into the menu but easy to do.
