internet stopped connecting after 4 months

It had worked fine until yesterday May 29, 2018. the internet stopped connecting. all I have now is just a black screen with a warning says no signal. I was a Sony fan but this time it really disapointed me. are Sony's products supposed only good for 4 months?

Difficulties with in 5 days and can't add apps

Called sony tech support and after trying several trouble shooting steps, they recommended i return it. It also has only 10 apps and you can not add any. most of the app are not popular and completely random. now i have to disconnect everything, pack it all up and return it

Planned obsolesence

Maybe I will try a Sharp or an LG next time since both Sony and Samsung have failed early.

Our second Sony in less than 5 years

Now I need to call and get a replacement since it’s still under warranty. Purchase the warranty , like I said this is our second Sony.

Good but very slow smart TV

I do have good internet connection. When I try to play from mobile and cast it to Youtube TV, running fine.Tried searching to find a way to run the TV but not successful.

No app download!

Completely useless for anyone who doesn’t have cable and uses apps, such as SONY PlayStation Vue, to get cable. Vue doesn’t come preloaded. Completely ridiculous design. Shame on Sony.

Died after 18 months

Tried talking to Sony about warranty, or even sending the parts to fix, got the "sorry tv is out of warranty nothing we can do". Had many long lasting Samsungs, this ty cost over $450.00, should have lasted longer.
