In rewatching some movies I had already seen, I have seen even more. Sometimes I feel like the person on the screen is going to step right out of the TV. My biggest complaint is not being to find some things. It keeps dropping some of the channels on the scanning device and I cannot find the place to do a rescan. And naturally there are many tapes I cannot watch on this thing, I was told there was no antilog included, so will have to use anther older TV.

So far am happy with the tv's picture and sound. The customer service in the store was very good. The sales person was very patient in explaining the different tv's and what they offered and what would be my best choice. I had it delivered and had no problem with the delivery which was very fast and efficient. So far I am happy with Best Buy and would not hesitate to purchase from them again.

Speakers are fine, but they are small and not facing you so you get what you expect from a panel tv speakers. I only wish there was a way to use the TV without a Google account for guests.

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I can say that I am happy I bought this Sony TV, but I CANNOT say I am satisfied with the installation and skill set of the “Installer Team”. The two technicians arrived at 4:00 PM, they brought the new tv in and placed my older tv against the wall. From there it became apparent that we were the final install of their day. The bracket was hung in a few minutes, but hung off center. The guy who was the apparently the Lead, had the tv on and off the wall bracket no less than 10 times. He moved the bracket and drilled several holes. I suggested that they take the bracket down, locate two studs and hang two pieces of 1 x 3 x 3/4 “ maple ( which I provided) horizontally and hang the bracket on them. It still took them over an hour to calculate where to hang it so it would be centered over the mantle. In all it took them 3 hours to complete a 45 minute job. I also provided them with hardware, as they did not have hardware with them. I feel that the cost of $200 exceeded the service they provided, since I did more than a paying customer should have to do. I literally helped to install my tv! We were not shown how to navigate the features of the tv. I feel I should be compensated against the cost of the install. Thank you.

Online ordering and delivery have been easy and as promised, and at a good price. I think Sony delivers the best picture and the sound is so good, I didn't need to hook up the soundbar. My relatives said their TV wasn't as bright or clear as my Sony. Will not hesitate purchasing anything online from Best Buy.
