Something was missing that has to do with mounting the TV. Dominic was going to take care of getting them. When I was notified of the install it said Kasey was doing the install, which he was unaware of the missing clips or whatever they are. He had everything apart and ready to go when I mentioned them. I am about ready to forget it and return the TV mount and the clips I had to order.

Picture is great actually! In terms of a smart tv... god awful only because it constantly drops network connection. No problems with my network or other devices. I wish I read other reviews because it seems to be a common problem. If you need smart tv things you need to restart or manually try to connect every time you turn it on otherwise its a great plain ol TV.

Sony Is Best For A Reason

I made the right choice. Sony is obviously the superior tv when compared to Samsung. The Cinemotion is a lot more fluid and has a lot more realistic look compared to the other brands. The implanted features associated with Google Play and the Google Play Store make it all so easy to use. The video quality is great (especially in 4K) and overall it’s just a better tv. It’s more expensive (even on sale) but it’s worth the money
