It failed to read USB card completely leaving out files, then finding them, failing to play files ,then being able to play them. If they are going to have USB ports , they should program them to work to support it's usage. It registered a change in the CC setttings but did not apply it. The keys at times acted hyper and caused movement of the curser in the wrong direction. I expected more from SONY. I paid a lot for an unreliable performance.
