Not laggy at all ease of use and lots of options on the main menu. The picture is good for the price. Where it suffers is brightness, but i knew this from the start and im okay with that because i use this tv in a bedroom thats relatively dark so its not an issue for me.

TV OK, but remote takes a rocket scientist to operate and does not even have an Exit button. Many button pushes required to accomplish anything. 2. Geek Squad did not install TV as requested, a sub contractor did, and I had to contact Comcast to complete installation to make TV work right. 3. Deliver was postponed numerous times and weeks later, not weather related.

The original sales associate was great also, explained the warranty policy fully.

Best Cost/Value for a Full Google TV

However picture is very nice. Built in speakers sound better than my old Samsung sound bar. Crisp highs. Black uniformity is nice as well. Not OLED, however still very nice for the price point. (Only negative trait is the older Android TV OS was much more simplified. The newer Google TV OS has more ads/suggestions, & tends to be slightly slower. Hopefully an update will fix this)

Drops WiFi connection constantly.

I know because I have connected 3 different streaming devices to it and they never had an issue connecting to our WiFi. I didn’t want to use. Streaming device, but I’m going to use a FireStick on it permanently. I tried several remedies, but the TV would have an issue at least once a week or more. Other than the WiFi failures, this TV has a very good picture and the best sound for its size. Good bass which is unlike many TV’s now.
