Can't Go Wrong With a Sony Bravia

Perform a soft reset.
Make sure that the TV software is updated o the latest version v6.7283 as it includes key features, applications, bug fixes, and feature improvements.

HUGE WIFI Connection Problem

I returned the first ine becasue the tv keeps disconnecting from wifi all the time. I thought the problem was with that individual tv. But I purchase the second one and same problem. Already tried all the recommendations on internet to fix the issue but none works. Very frusturated i really want my money back!

The Wi-Fi signal on your TV may drop or intermittently disconnect for various reasons. If you haven't yet, we do have troubleshooting steps that may help resolve some issues, especially if the TV Wi-Fi signal drops or intermittently disconnects from the internet.

It was a fairly easy for this tech challenged household and the picture is great but a little distorted when viewed from and angle.

Horrible picture quality if viewed from an angle.

If you are at an angle, the picture quality is awful. Bad colors, contrast and brightness. I would have thought that Sony would have figured out this out. We regret to hear that you are not completely satisfied with the X80K. The best viewing distance/angle depends on the size and the display resolution of the TV. The recommended distance for comfortable viewing depends on the video or program you are watching, the viewing environment, and the physical conditions of the person watching it. When watching the TV from a suitable distance, we recommend looking away from the TV now and then or try watching it at a different viewing angle. You may refer to this link for more information:
