    I am not happy with the turning off and turning on process. The TV arbitrarily goes to the Home Screen or HSN when turning on even though we have it set to go to the last channel.

      Thank you for reaching out to us. We're sorry to hear some issues that you are experiencing with your X80K TV. Allow us to help make this a better experience. If the Home screen always displayed when you turn on the TV, this is because the Power on behavior settings is set to Home screen. You can change the TV startup behavior to Last input if you prefer your TV to power on with the last watched TV channel or external input instead.

      Notes:
      If the power is turned on within 30 seconds after the previous power off, the TV will start with the last displayed app, regardless of the Power on behavior setting.
      If the power is turned off while displaying the Home screen or another application screen (except TV channels and external inputs), the TV will start to the Home screen, regardless of the Power on behavior setting.
      The default Power on behavior value depends on the status of the signed-in Google account. If you signed-in to the Google account on the TV, the default value is Home screen. If not, Last input is the default.

    Not the best but for the price it’s certainly better then a Roku tv. Will find out if backlight is better in about a year. 2 Roku tvs with backlight issues I wanted a different brand. Just sucks there is no spectrum cable app. Yet they where one e the biggest cable provider now it’s hard to find tech that has it without being a Roku
