We have to stream like we did with the old TV. It was also disappointing that the technician did not know either until he was not able to add it.

We do apologize for the inconvenience. The Spectrum app is currently not available on the X80K series. However, you can use the built-in Chromecast feature to cast the content/channel from the Spectrum app on your mobile device to the TV or use streaming devices that supports spectrum app with this TV via HDMI connection.
