the unit was very easy to hook up, still getting help on line with adding channels and other services available it only took a few minutes to hook the unit up. and it only took a few minutes to run through the set up on line. .

When I can't find anything else to spend a rewards certificate on, I'll get one of these. It's too bad they can't just send you a code to use electronically, but they have to mail you the card if you order online. If you don't mind waiting a few days that's fine, however.
