For some reason I prefer adding funds to my PSN account that linking my credit card. There is great content on the playstation network (PSN), games movies and music. Using a gift card is straightforward and I have never had any issues with it.

In my day when you purchased a video game, that was all you had to buy. The industry makes you purchase these cards to add additional parts to the game or upgrade weapons and so on.

It does what it's supposed to do. This card is easy to use and allows me to buy games and all the fun little add-ons for my current games. Safer than using a credit card.

If you don't like your credit card information on sony or any other server this is a great option. Comes in 10, 20, 50, and 100. I use these all the time. I feel better using this than my credit card online.

I love the PSN cards because my kids can buy them and add funds to their sub-accounts. With everything going digital (no more optical discs) this is a great way for them to purchase a digital game on one console and re-download on another.

Item did exactly what it was supposed to do.. be a card with money on it..lol. my own personal banker that would allow me to spend digital dollars on digital items. I needed 50 words to count lol

These are great if you want to impose a limit on yourself to PSN spending. Paticularly if you like DLC, vanity items, PSN only games, etc. I'd like an option to buy an online code instead of only in-store physical card.

Fastest, easiest, best way to pay for purchases from the PlayStation Network Store. Don't need to give anyone your bank or credit card information, you can simply purchase a card, redeem the code on the PlayStation Network and shop away!

When grandson suggest hanging out we always end up at Best Buy and he always hit me up for this card. they never malfunction because I don't hear from that monster until its time to hang out acain.

It's $20 at the PlayStation Store. I buy these at Best Buy to get Best Buy reward points so it's better than buying them directly from Sony, I guess. Anyway, always handy to have some PS dollars.

You can never go wrong with a PlayStation Store gift card if your gift recipient has a PlayStation. They just load the gift card onto their account and use it to buy games and stuff.
