I recently bought this for my ten year old grandson. This card contains some sort of a plastic code strip. Upon arriving home he excitedly attempted to "scratch off" this code number, such as one would do with a Lotto ticket. This process destroyed the card's access code. I attempted to return the product to the local Best Buy where it was purchased, but was told that only PlayStation could rectify this situation.

While you could use this to keep your card off the PSN, my favorite use of the network card is giving it to my family as a gift so they can buy online content for their gaming needs.

Be weary when buying these. I've had multiple bad experiences. Two of the 4 I've bought, have said they have been used before. How can a product be used before you activate it?

I wasn’t very sure what to get as a gift due to quite a few games coming out. Can’t go wrong with a card that the gift receiver can pick their favorite game.

PSN cards are easy ways to add fund to my account. I can even use the PS app and redeem the card in the parking lot and start downloading new games before I even get in the car.
