    I bought online. The code did not work and after a week of back and forth emails with best buy they said call the help number. I called and started to explain what happened as I was put on hold. 15 min latter the call dropped. I went into best buy and was told they could to nothing.I called sony and was told the code was not activated by best buy. I returned to best buy and they said they are looking onto it but nothing has happened. Terrible experience.

    The place wasn't pack. Was easy 2 find what I needed. And every one at the check out were upbeat and friendly. Which makes it a pleasant time 2 shop there. Was happy with my experience.
