    Received my card held on to it for a Christmas present for my kid. I kid tried to redeem only to get a message stating that this can not be redeemed at this time. Need to go to the store to make sure that they actually activated this before they sent it to me

    I mean it's a gift card so typically they work fine... obviously... mine didn't and the people at the store obviously didn't believe me... I work in retail and I would have a hard time believing someone too I guess. But waste of money wouldn't buy again from Best Buy
