Won’t buy again from Best Buy. I got them as a stocking stuffer for my kids. They won’t work. I keep getting an error message. I usually only do digital cards but got a physical card for Christmas. Waiting to contact PlayStation and Best Buy tomorrow.

Its a good gift card. You don't have to use any credit cards if you don't trust using credit cards online. Not so great when you buy less than 20 dollars and have money you cant use or don't want to use.

The PSN network kept giving me E-82000138 which is an error that's supposed to only happen if you exceed $150 in your PSN account. I had only $50 in there and tried to add another $50 but could not get past that error. Sony's only response was to try later. They refused to define what later meant. Hours later it still didn't work. Days later it still didn't work. Thankfully, Best Buy stands behind the products they sell. They refunded my money painlessly. So 5 stars for Best Buy. 0 for Sony. Don't buy these cards. It's basically throwing money away.

We prefer to use these cards since there have been multiple security breaches at sony. Using this, you don't have to enter a credit card number and aren't at risk of getting your info ripped off.

I purchase one of these every once in a while when shopping at Best Buy. If I am going to make PlayStation 4 purchases online why not also get Best Buy reward points for my purchase?

As the title says you get what you pay for when it comes to paying for your card. It's a nice way to buy anything in the playstation store.

i bought this for my son who is in the Navy and stationed on a sub in Guam. When he tried to use it, he was unable to because it said the code had already been redeemed. I bought this as a Christmas gift and sent it priority mail, wrapped with other gifts. The box was not opened or damaged during shipment. I am currently waiting for him to send it back to me so I can return to Best Buy and have it replaced if possible, Otherwise I am out $50.

Worked as intended. Code processed immediately without a lag. Only gave 4/5 due to not being able to purchase this online and receive a code through an email and not have to go into the store.

So One of the most annoying things about owning an Xbox One or PS4 is that they FORCE you to pay for their Online Service, in order to play any games online! Nintendo charges FREE Online Multiplayer which saves you at least 1000 dollars over the time you will be playing games. That is a ALOT of money you could use for buying a car, or even a home. So in any case, If you own a PS4 you can use this to pay for your Online Multiplayer, as far as points go, if you can get this on sale for about 20% off it is definitely a good buy. Best of luck!

Best Buy attached a giant sticker that covers the entire card. This item was a gift. Best Buy is refusing the refund. Told me to contact Sony.
