The gift card did not work.

DON'T BUY A PS GIFT CARD ONLINE FROM BEST BUY!

It was not activated when it was sent to me. My son tried to get it redeemed on the PS box several times. Then he called PS and after 2 hours was finally able to find out that it was never activated by Best Buy. I was able to get it activated via chat with Best Buy but now it won't work because he'd already tried too many times. We've been advised to wait a while and try it again. If that doesn't work we did get a number to call. The chat agent was great but Best Buy is not. Even if it does eventually work, it's so not worth the effort!!
