I use to prefer PlayStation over all consoles but lately they have fallen off harder than ever taking the almighty dollar over the consumer first making you get PlayStation plus to play games we been enjoying for years then they eliminate the 10 dollar gift card forcing you to buy the 20 dollar or better card unbelievable this is a all time low a slap in the face for people who supported your products before all these unscrupulous charges SMH

It was a hassle to have to call Sony and have them retrieve the code so that my brother could use the gift card. I will not purchase these cards again, unless they are specifically requested. I was told by other people at Best Buy that this problem is common with these cards.

My husband has a PS4 and I purchased this item in hopes that he could use it in the online store to purchase items but he had difficulty finding things and discovered that the prices were higher versus in-store retailer.

Needed only $5 went to get a $10 And thus card was in the slot when I got to the register is was 20 asked about it and was told they no longer sell smaller ones. What a waste of the extra 15.

Be careful with these cards, my card has error code WC-403771-1. I chatted with Sony Customer Service and the tech verified there is indeed $20 credit in the voucher/card but it can't be redeemed. They sent me an email link to take pictures of the receipt, front and back of the card, and send it to them for further investigation. This process will take about 3 days before they can reply back based on the email.

I gave it for a give and gave the kid the card and the activation code. I don't think it ever could be activated

I know it is not really Best Buys fault and more of Sony, but I bought 3 of the playstation cards over a 2 day period and only 2 of the 3 worked. My problem is there is no phone number to get in touch with Sony on the card so I think they have a really good scam going if only 1/3 of their cards work.

Very disappointed to take the time to visit my local Best Buy so our 13 year old can use this gift card towards his expiring PlayStation Plus and find out the code is not valid. Waste of money and now I need to fight with Best Buy to get my money back and/or take a wasted trip to the local store.

It’s a blue rectangle. It features a controller that looks much cleaner than the one currently covered in your thumbprint grease. It screams, "I forgot your birthday until I was at the CVS checkout line," yet somehow remains the best gift you’ll receive all year.

Convenient gift card at most, not anything really special about it.

Received 7 gift cards not activated and nobody over the phone can activated them so I have to go the nearest bestbuy thats 45 minutes away to get them activated.

Card wasn't active. Spent hours adjusting PS4 settings and then on phone with Sony tech support. Error was "cannot add funds. exceeds limits," when the issue was the card wasn't activated from the seller. Would not buy online again.

I gifted this to my daughters boyfriend for Christmas and when he went to activate it it said invalid code

This card did not work, will not be purchasing any card from best buy, due to when call got run around
