As stated, this is a gift card for the PS Store. It can be used to purchase items for the PS4, PS3, PS Vita, and PSP. It can also be used to purchase PS Plus through the PS store.

True you have to go to the store to pick it up, but you can use cash to buy it and then use it on PSN. And as an added bonus if your a reward zone member you get reward zone points...can't beat that.
